Modern states created expert-led administrations to serve specific, subordinate functions. Certain questions required technical assessments, for which rulers had to employ competent advisers. But the Industrial Revolution expanded the need for this kind of structure far beyond its initial conception. The centralization of private power demanded the centralization of public power.  Faced with ever-expanding firms with clear objectives and coordinated hierarchies, the state found itself dealing with unprecedented legal, administrative, and industrial complexity at scale. Institution-builders restructured state power to deal with these challenges, one step at a time. Once a subordinate extension of conventional authority, technocracy metastasized into a large, independent authority of its own. The statesman-expert hierarchy has become a partnership upon which the functionality of the state depends. Just as the preservation of order in medieval kingdoms required symbiosis between priest and knight, so the preservation of state capacity in industrial societies requires symbiosis between expert and statesman.

Facts About Democide

1. 49% of the democide deaths in Soviet Russia between 1917-1987 were caused due to the conditions of camps people were forced into. Just 5% of people were killed because of deportation.

2. Between 1900-1987, 46.6% of the deaths that have occurred in China can be attributed to democide. In comparison, 42.6% of the deaths in the time period are attributed to famine.

3. Ten different government regimes between 1900-1987 murdered 1,000,000 people or more, but less than 10 million people.

4. Rwanda joined the 1 million murder democide club in just 4 months of being in power.

5. The total number of people killed by democide since 1900: 242 million.

6. If all these bodies were laid head to toe, with the average height being 5′, then they would circle the Earth 10 times.

7. Communist China is believed to be responsible for over 76 million deaths between 1949-1987, which is 15 million more than the USSR era in Russia.

8. Between 1948-1987, North Korea is believed to have murdered 1.66 million people.

9. The Allied Powers are also on the democide list. The United Kingdom is believed to be responsible for 816,000 democide deaths since 1900.

10. 5 different regimes are believed to have killed more than 10 million people. Two of those regimes are based in China.

15. Turkey, Russia, and China all make the list of top governments responsible for democide on at least 2 occasions.

16. The Top 5 government entities that have killed people through demoide are responsible for over 219 million deaths.

17. During the years before and during World War II, Japan was responsible for 5.9 million deaths.

18. Vietnam has been responsible for 1.67 million deaths by democide from 1945-1987.

19. In the broad category of colonialism, it is estimated that 50 million people were killed in total by their governments or an opposing government regime.

According to information provided by Rummel, democide is the leading cause of non-natural death in the 20th century. It doesn’t have to be a direct action of murder to qualify under Rummel’s terminology. The British actions in shipping away food supplies from India to create an artificial famine and the Holocaust would both be considered instances of democide.

And this doesn’t take into consideration the countless millions who have been murdered by the US Government, both at home and abroad…in Iraq alone, the embargo during the Clinton administration was responsible for at least 250,000 women and children STARVING to death…

Clarity on Q 

Q is a counter-PsyOp strategy that’s working against threats to National Security.  

Study PsyOps and evaluate Q tenets. Q is not meant to influence any particular narrative, it is meant to psychologically counter narrative influence, cognitively trigger agility, and leverage a psychological posture. The result: QUESTIONS: motivation for detailed research, or investigation. 

“Those who have something to hide are most threatened by the truth.” 

Why is it labeled a “threat?” 

The corrupt geopolitical conglomerates, government “institutions” and certain Officials are seriously threatened by Q for more than one reason. 

1. It is subverting their Narrative Warfare strategy and objectives in multiple ways 

2. It is helping millions of normal people (Patriots) as well as those Patriots in Government, the IC, US Military, Fed law enforcement, and critical Industry positions do a really important thing: Identify traitors and corruption from within America and internationally. 

Not all officials, government institutions or major corporations are threatened by Q. 

In fact, not all IC officials, Intelligence professionals, career Military professionals or federal law enforcement professionals are threatened by Q either. 

The efficacy of Q: 

Countering corrupt narrative warfare influence against YOU, by causing you to stop, question & think, and giving you a reason to investigate. 

The People needed a reason to question the control of corrupt and deceitful authority. 

A strange digital phenomenon/ anomaly makes people ask themselves lots of questions and  is worth investigating. 

Creating a reason for you to justify opting for online research over that TV show you’re hooked on and binge watching after a long day at work ->which inevitably led to startling discoveries and uncanny connections -> connections which opposed a strongly established narrative you believed was true – your mind essentially went, WTF is this!? GTFO! <or maybe you’re a cool guy and thought, “interesting, must know more”> but either way, you became motivated to find out, to learn and investigate further. 

So much so, that thousands became OSINT experts to investigate facts and determine the truth based on extensive research that was not “Google” approved. 

Deep research ultimately leads you to different historical and more-accurate information (normally buried by Tech oligarchy or purposefully not taught/discussed in globally funded academic institutions intended to educate the masses) you learn to filter for factual information over Big Tech AI “recommended” information, and attain a higher level of self-education. 

This practice is of self-education in the Information Age, when a goldmine of knowledge exists online if you care enough to learn, and decide to filter information differently than Big Tech AI traditionally does FOR you, 

will ultimately increase your knowledge, awareness and sense of judgement on the reality of the status quo. 

This improves decision-making faculties regarding true-false- ambiguous information, ie: the meaning of many things (ideas, politics, people, laws, events etc) based on your own judgement – and not that of traditional “authorities” like Facebook, Google, Government Officials or other “Leaders.” 

The Oligarchy (corrupt conglomerate) has been influencing belief and choices through public education policy and Information Operations (which encompasses Narrative Warfare, Public Affairs, Public Diplomacy, PsyOps etc) for years.

This is the mass-scale publishing of biased meanings regarding facts on huge platforms, publications, news sources, establishing media “authority” – all for the purpose of perpetuating group-think and forced normalization of psychological beliefs to support their ideas – which actually strip freedom, power and finances away from you. 

Q is not the enemy here folks, not by a long shot.
